Exchanges are available within 48 hours from the date of order delivery.

Return Policy
No refunds will be issued once the courier has left the delivery location.
Orders must be received in full; partial acceptance with the courier is not permitted.
After Receiving the Order
If more than one item is ordered and any item is found to be unsuitable after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of receipt to request a return or exchange at no additional cost.
A courier will be arranged to collect the returned item, and the full amount will be refunded via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay once the return has been received and approved.
Sale Items
All discounted (sale) items must be inspected upon delivery.
Sale items may only be refused at the time of delivery while the courier is present.
No refunds are issued for sale items under any circumstances. Exchange only.
Order Inspection
Customers are allowed to open and inspect the package while the courier is present to ensure order accuracy.
Refused Deliveries
If the order is refused for any reason or the size does not fit, the shipping fee must be paid.
